The extreme weather Hans is bringing an extremely large amount of rain over Southern Norway.
A red danger warning for extremely heavy rainfall has been issued for parts of Southern Norway. In many places, the event will be among the strongest in the last 25 years. The red level signifies the highest level of risk for rain.
